Description
La ville de Carcassonne souhaite acquérir une cabine de lavage destinée à équiper sa cuisine centrale en vue de la mise en place de bacs gastronormes en inox dans les restaurants scolaires. L'objectif est de répondre aux dispositions de la loi EGALIM visant à supprimer tout plastique à usage unique dans les cantines. La cabine devra être idéalement livrée fin mars 2025 et mise en service semaine 14. Cependant, pour ne pas limiter la concurrence, les candidats qui n'ont pas la capacité de livrer à cette date, mais plus tard sans aller au-delà du 30 juin 2025 peuvent soumissionne. Ils sont cependant avertis que le délai de livraison est l'un des critères de jugement des offres. Le fournisseur de la cabine de lavage devra en assurer la maintenance pendant 10 ans. La notification du marché est prévue le 24 février 2025.
