Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le contrat comporte une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. La tranche ferme et la tranche optionnelle n°1 sont réglées par un prix global et forfaitaire. La tranche optionnelle n°2 est réglée par des prix unitaires. Le secteur "piémont des Albères" regroupe les communes d'ARGELES-SUR-MER, de MONTESQUIEU-DES-ALBERES, de PALAU-DEL-VIDRE, de SAINT-GENIS-DES-FONTAINES, de SOREDE, de SAINT-ANDRE et de VILLELONGUE-DELS-MONTS
