Description
La présente consultation concerne les trois lots déclarés sans suite de la consultation portant sur le renouvellement des prestations d'entretien des espaces publics de la Ville. Les prestations comprennent les lots : Lot n°5 : Quartiers Gravette, Berriac, Saint-Georges, La Conte (hors emprise HLM) Lot n°10 : Centre-Ville, Quai Bellevue, Quartiers Barbacane et Le Palais Lot n°12 : Arbres d'alignement Les prestations comprennent notamment : le nettoyage général (balayage, ramassage de détritus divers), l'entretien des surfaces végétales telles que pelouses (tonte), massifs divers ou binage, bêchage…, l'entretien des surfaces minérales (désherbage mécanique), tailles de haies et de massifs d'arbustes. Chacun des lots fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec minimum et maximum conclu avec un opérateur économique unique. Chaque lot sera réservé à une entreprise adaptée. L'accord cadre propre à chaque lot débutera au 1er avril 2025 et avec un terme fixé au 31 décembre 2028.
