Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la mise en place de services relatifs à la médecine professionnelle pour le personnel de GRANDLYON HABITAT en application des dispositions législatives et réglementaires en vigueur. Le présent contrat constitue : Un accord-cadre régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre prendra effet pour une durée courant du 18 septembre 2025 au 31 décembre 2026. Il pourra être reconduit trois (3) fois pour une durée d'un (1) an. Il est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 300 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre, reconduction incluse
