Description
La présente consultation vise à attribuer un accord-cadre ayant pour objet l'accompagnement des locataires de Grand Lyon Habitat dans le cadre de situation d'incurie, de Diogène ou de préparation de logement en vue d'un traitement insecticide. Les prestations sus-visées font l'objet d'un lot unique. Le présent contrat constitue : - Un accord-cadre multi-attributaires régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. - Cet accord cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définies dans cet accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre prend effet à compter de la notification pour une période ferme d'un (1) an. Il pourra être reconduit trois (3) fois sur la période d'un (1) an, soit une durée maximale de quatre (4) ans. Il est passé avec un montant minimum de 120 000 euro(s) HT et avec un montant maximum de 800 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre, reconduction incluse
