Le présent accord-cadre est mono-attributaire à bons de commande au sens des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique du 1er avril 2019. Il est passé sur bordereau de prix forfaitaires et unitaires fermes. Il est passé pour une durée de 48 mois maximum. L'accord-cadre n'est pas reconductible. Le présent marché prend effet lors de la réception par le titulaire du 1er bon de commande et prendra fin à l'admission des prestations lors de la réunion de bilan et de la remise du rapport final. L'accord cadre pourra prendre fin avant les 39 mois de mission si les travaux sont terminés. L'accord cadre ne comporte pas de montant minimum mais comporte un montant maximum de 995.000 euros H.T sur la durée totale du marché. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage des travaux est le quatrième trimestre 2025 pour une durée de 36 mois. Les missions sont concernant les axes forfaitaires : l'intermédiation et actions collectives.
