Le présent marché est passé en application de l'article R.2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 37500 euros HT, soit un maximum de 150 000 euros sur la durée totale du marché. Il est conclu pour une durée de douze (12) mois à compter de sa date de notification, avec possibilité de reconduction tacite trois (3) fois douze (12) mois. Les variantes sont interdites. La procédure n'est pas allotie et l'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Le marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de formations opérationnelles centrées sur : la prévention de l'agressivité, la compréhension des mécanismes émotionnels, la communication adaptée et ainsi monter en compétence les équipes pour gérer des personnes difficiles ou agressives. A titre indicatif, le nombre de collaborateurs qu'il est envisagé de former est estimé à 300 collaborateurs sur la durée totale du marché
