Job Title: Team Leader - Building Control (Building Inspector Class 3 competency) Rate of Pay: ?500pd Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE/Hybrid working. Minimum of 2 days per week in-office, with flexibility required to meet the demands of the service. Brief description: We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day management of the Building Control Team. Due to the recent change in legislation, the post-holder will be required to be a Class 3 registered Building Inspector and will be conducting the inspections of all Class 3 buildings for Sandwell MBC, along with other general sign-off within the area.
