Upphandlingen avser utförande av två (2) stycken SP-boenden om tio (10) lägenheter i varje huskropp med tillhörande gemensamma ytor personalutrymmen samt teknikutrymmen. Två tvåvånings huskroppar om total BTA på cirka 1605 m2 ljus BTA, inklusive komplementsbyggnad om cirka 108 m2 BTA samt parkeringar och grönytor.
