Description

Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal utförande av enskilda konsultuppdrag inom specifika projekt av varierande storlek inom såväl mindre som större projekt av nyproduktion-, tillbyggnad-, underhåll och/eller ombyggnation samt mindre hyresgästanpassningar och tillbyggnader inom hela Beställarens fastighetsbestånd.  Uppdragen kan omfatta hela eller delar av planerings- och  projekteringsprocessen, från förstudier och system- eller bygghandlingar till  relationshandlingar samt teknisk rådgivning och uppföljning under byggproduktion. Omfattningen inkluderar även tekniska utredningar, analyser och samordning kopplade  till drift-, energi- och miljöförbättrande åtgärder. Beställaren eftersträvar tekniskt  driftsäkra, energieffektiva och långsiktigt hållbara lösningar
