Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal för att täcka Beställarens behov av tekniska konsulter avseende Arkitekttjänster. Upphandlingen omfattar utförande av enskilda konsultuppdrag inom specifika projekt av varierande storlek inom såväl mindre som större projekt av nyproduktion-, tillbyggnad-, underhåll och/eller ombyggnation samt mindre hyresgästanpassningar och tillbyggnader inom hela Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Uppdragen kan avse alla av byggprocessens skeden exempelvis; planprocess, förstudie, programskede, systemskede, bygghandlingsskede, relationshandling, projektering, produktion, byggskede, uppritningar av befintligt byggnader, överlämning och garantiförvaltning, förvaltningsskede samt därtill närliggande konsulttjänster med successiva avrop när behov uppkommer i den löpande verksamheten. Beställaren har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör.
