Description

AB SigtunaHem avser teckna ramavtal med upp till tre (3) entreprenörer för löpande avrop av byggservicearbeten genom rangordning samt förnyad konkurrensutsättning. Avropen omfattar löpande byggservicearbeten såsom exempelvis; akuta skador, uppgradering av bostadslägenheter, uppgradering av badrum, underhållsprojekt samt rivning. Avrop genomförs dels via mail, telefon samt entreprenörsportal i SigtunaHems fastighetssystem. Byggservicearbeten förekommer i bostadslägenheter och lokaler med eller utan kvarboende hyresgäster samt i gemensamma utrymmen och på markområden. Ramavtalets totala värde uppskattas till cirka 150 000 000 MSEK ex. moms för hela avtalstiden inklusive optioner, men inga volymer kan garanteras.
