Description
Göteborgs Stad, förvaltningen Intraservice tillhanda håller växelfunktion till förvaltningar och vissa bolag i Göteborgs Stad. Staden ska kunna ta emot medborgares, besökares och företagares samtal via en driftsäker tjänst. Då det befintliga avtalet avseende stadens Växel, löper ut under första halvan av 2024 behöver detta nu upphandlas, samtidigt pågår arbetet med en större anskaffning avseende hela Göteborgs Stads telefoni som en helhetslösning.
