Upphandlingen avser ett systemstöd för kundrelationshantering (CRM), med syftet att effektivisera det dagliga kundrelationsarbetet med tillhörande interaktioner och information och stärka Intraservices förmåga till systematisk kundrelationshantering som stödjer visionen av strategiskt partnerskap i staden. Målet är en sammanhållen, enkel och säker kundrelationshantering för effektiv samverkan och samordning av digital förvaltning och utveckling inom Göteborgs Stad och Intraservice.
