Description
Arbetsmarknad och vuxenutbildning, hädanefter kallad Beställaren, genomför en ramavtalsupphandling gällande Kommunal vuxenutbildning i svenska för nvandrare samt kommunal vuxenutbildning på grundläggande nivå. Beställaren inbjuder anbudsgivare, nedan kallade Leverantören, att lämna anbud i upphandlingen i enlighet med detta upphandlingsdokument med tillhörande bilagor. Syftet med upphandlingen är att anskaffa utbildning som utgör en bas för kompetensförsörjning, omställning samt som bidrar till att elever kan arbeta och verka i samhället. Detta görs med individanpassning och individualisering som utgångspunkt där elevernas förutsättningar och behov är i fokus. Ambitionen är att öka elevernas möjlighet att komma in på arbetsmarknaden eller att studera vidare. Målgruppen för upphandlingen kan variera. Elevunderlaget skiftar efter såväl konjunktur som omvärldsläge, varför det ställs höga krav på att Leverantören anpassar sin verksamhet på ett sätt som möjliggör god inlärning för eleverna.
