Description
Ekerö kommun avser att upphandla system för barn- och elevregister, skolplattform och schema. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i tre (3) anbudsområden: 1. Barn- och elevregister 2. Skolplattform 3. Schema Anbudsgivare kan lämna anbud på ett (1), två (2) eller tre (3) anbudsområden. Barn- och utbildningsförvaltningen i Ekerö kommun är beställare och mottagare av de upphandlade systemen. Nuläge Barn- och utbildningsförvaltningen i Ekerö kommun använder idag systemen Edlevo, Unikum (som underleverantör åt Tieto) samt Skola24. Ekerö kommun uppskattar att cirka 700 – 800 medarbetare använder systemet idag. Antalet barn/elever i kommunen är idag: ca 900 i kommunens förskolor, ca 4 000 i kommunens grundskolor och ca 45 i kommunens gymnasium. Tidplan Ekerö kommun planerar att tilldela upphandlingen den 5 november 2025 och har som målsättning att verksamhetssystem skall vara implementerade och driftsatta fr.o.m. 1 november 2026.
