Description
Omfattning Ekerö kommun har för avsikt att upphandla digitala lås för hemtjänst i ordinärt boende inkl. tillhörande behörighetssystem. Upphandlingen omfattar leverans av hårdvara, reservdelar, mjukvara (licenser) och tillhörande tjänster såsom införandeprojekt, utbildning, driftsättning av lösning, service och support. Ekerö kommun söker en helhetslösning och allmänna resp. funktionella krav på lösningen framgår av bilaga - Kravspecifikation. Socialförvaltningen i Ekerö kommun är beställare och mottagare av den upphandlade lösningen. Införandet planeras att starta i januari 2026 och berör uppskattningsvis ca 330 kunder. Volym: ca 330 digitala lås beroende på behov hos brukarna. Angiven volym är endast en uppskattning och är inte bindande. Ekerö kommun garanterar inte några uppdragsvolymer under avtalstiden. Takvolym: Avtalets takvolym är 5 000 000 kr för hela avtalsperioden och inkluderar de ca 330 digitala lås som avses att levereras i införandeprojektet. Efter införandeprojektet av de ca 330 låsen är avsikten att demontering och montering av lås i första hand ska utföras av kommunen och/eller kommunens upphandlade leverantör avseende låstjänster.
