Description
Ekerö kommun avser att upphandla hyreskontrakt för gruppbostad. Förutsättningar Gruppbostaden skall följa kommunens ramprogram för bostad med särskild service och skall uppföras inom Ekerö tätort eller Stenhamra samt angränsande områden som är markerade på bifogad karta (se Bilaga - Ekerö tätort och Stenhamra). Kommunen tillhandahåller ingen fastighet för uppförandet av gruppbostaden utan det är anbudsgivande företag som skall ha tillgång till lämplig fastighet. Avtalstid Avtalstiden är femton (15) år. Värde Upphandlingens uppskattade värde är mellan 1,5 mkr och 2,5 mkr per år. Tidplan Ekerö kommun planerar att tilldela upphandlingen i december 2026.
