Description
Ekerö kommun avser att upphandla köp av mötesutrustning, AV-utrustning och digitala skärmar. Upphandlingen omfattar produkter och tjänster inom audio- och videoområdet och skall tillgodose Ekerö kommuns behov av mötesutrustning, AV-teknik och digitala informationsskärmar samt tjänster till dessa. Behoven är kopplade till både ny och befintlig utrustning i mötes- och konferensrum, lektionssalar, hörsalar, idrottsanläggningar och vård- och omsorgsmiljöer etc. Avtalstid Avtalstiden är preliminärt fr.o.m. 2026-06-15 t.o.m. 2028-06-14. Om Ekerö kommun inte säger upp avtalet senast tre (3) månader innan det löper ut förlängs det automatiskt med ett (1) plus ett (1) år. Värde Upphandlingens uppskattade värde är 4 000 000 kr för hela avtalsperioden. Tidplan Ekerö kommun planerar att tilldela upphandlingen i maj 2026.
