Description

This technical assistance contract is co-financed under the Ukraine Investment Facility of the European Union and the EU4U Advisory Programme of the European Investment Bank. The overall objective of this technical assistance operation is to accelerate Ukraine’s economic recovery through the restoration of Ukrainian infrastructure. The specific objectives are to support the preparation of priority investment projects that may be financed by a combination of loans (from IFIs) and grants (EU and other funds) in Ukraine’s public infrastructure sectors, including: 1) energy (generation, transportation, storage and distribution), 2) transport (including urban mobility), 3) municipal infrastructure (water supply and wastewater, waste management, energy efficiency), 4) social infrastructure (health, education, energy efficiency and social housing), 5) agriculture, bio-economy and the environment, and 6) digital connectivity. And, in this context, to enhance the cooperation and coordination between financial institutions, beneficiaries and bilateral donors.
