Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la rénovation du stade Didier DROGBA, situé au 15 rue Pablo NERUDA à levallois Perret. Les travaux concernent la reprise de l'étanchéité, le revêtement en gazon synthétique ainsi que l'ensemble des équipements sportifs de l'enceinte. Les marchés sont soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique, ci-après « le Code ». Qualifiés de marchés de travaux, ils sont passés sous la forme de marchés à procédure adaptée ouverte en application de l'article R.2123-1 1° du Code. Ils sont régis par les dispositions du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de travaux, approuvé par l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Les marchés prennent effet à compter de la notification et s'achèvent à l'issue de l'exécution complète des prestations. La durée des travaux est estimée à 13 semaines (installation de chantier et préparation de chantier comprise). La période de préparation est fixée à 4 semaines. La réception est prévue fin août pour réouverture de l'équipement au 1er septembre 2025. Si le candidat propose une durée inférieure dans son offre, celle-ci s'appliquera
