Description
Le présent marché a pour objet l'acquisition de cadeaux en porcelaine, personnalisés « Ville de Levallois », tels que des coffrets de tasses à café, tasses à déjeuner et des vide-poches. Le marché prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification. Les prestations débuteront le 14 octobre 2025, ou à compter de la notification si celle-ci est postérieure, pour une durée d'un an. Conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2112-4 du Code, ce marché pourra être reconduit tacitement à l'initiative de la Ville, pour un an et ce, dans la limite de 3 fois. Le marché est soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifié de marché de fourniture, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé sous la forme d'un marché à procédure adaptée ouverte en application de l'article R.2123-1 1° du Code. Le présent marché constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code.
