La présente consultation a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes de protection incendie par brouillard d'eau basse pression au sein du marché Henri Barbusse, situé au 19 rue Gabriel Péri à Levallois. Le marché prend effet à sa date de notification. Les prestations débuteront à compter du 11 octobre 2025 ou de sa notification si cette dernière est postérieure, pour une durée d'un an. Il pourra ensuite être reconduit tacitement, à l'initiative de la Ville, pour une année et ce, dans la limite de 2 fois. Le présent marché est soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifié de marché de services, il est passé sous la forme d'un marché à procédure adaptée ouverte en application de l'article R.2123-1 1° du Code. Le présent marché constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code.
