Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la livraison de formules déjeuners préalablement commandées pour les membres du personnel des crèches de Levallois. Actuellement, 17 établissements de la petite enfance sont répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire de la Ville. Le présent marché est soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code ». Il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé selon la procédure de marché à procédure adaptée ouverte en application de l'article R.2123-1 3° du Code, son objet constituant des services spécifiques, au sens de l'avis du 27 mars 2016 relatif aux contrats de la commande publique ayant pour objet des services sociaux et autres services spécifiques. Il est qualifié de marché de services et constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Ce marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de quatre années, reconductions comprises.
