Description

Le présent marché de prestations similaires porte sur la réfection du court de tennis situé à l'intérieur du complexe sportif Louison Bobet, dégradé suite aux infiltrations. Le présent marché est soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique. Qualifié de marché de travaux, il est régi par les dispositions du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de travaux, approuvé par l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Le marché est conclu à compter de sa notification jusqu'à la réalisation complète des prestations sans réserve. Les travaux devront être réceptionnés au plus tard le 29 août 2025
