Description
Dans le cadre du projet des nouvelles lignes de transport sur l'agglomération nantaise, un ancien passage souterrain piéton passant sous le boulevard Léon Bureau, dans le prolongement de la rue de la Tour d'Auvergne a été mis en évidence. Cet ouvrage, qui a été « condamné » fin des années 2000, reste accessible pour maintenance via des regards. Cet ouvrage n'est pas compatible avec l'infrastructure tramway, réalisée par la SEMITAN. Par conséquent, Nantes Métropole a demandé à la Samoa, maître d'ouvrage du projet urbain de l'ile de Nantes, d'engager la démolition et déconstruction de ce passage.
