Description
FOURNITURES ET POSES DE PORTES SECTIONNELLES ET CONTRÔLES D'ACCÈS Le Marché d'Intérêt National de l'île de Nantes a été transféré sur un nouveau site, au sud de Rezé au printemps 2019. À l'exception de la travée à l'extrême ouest du site, les bâtiments du MIN ont entièrement été démolis. Depuis 2019, la partie sud du site (les Ateliers) est occupée par différentes structures de créations et productions : ferme urbaine, producteurs de champignons, vignerons, concepteurs, menuisiers, graphistes, etc. La partie Nord (les Plateaux) accueille des espaces de travail, espaces de stockage et de production, mais a également vocation à accueillir des événements de grandes ampleurs, festifs et culturels, sur l'esplanade de 5600m². Les aménagements extérieurs du site sont en cours. Une première phase a démarré en octobre 2023 avec la réalisation d'un cordon végétal entre les ateliers et les plateaux. Les travaux, objet de ce présent marché, s'inscriront dans la continuité des dernières plantations au 1er trimestre 2024. Le site sera donc pleinement fonctionnel au 2ème trimestre 2024.
