Description
LOT N°1 : TRAVAUX DE RESEAUX HUMIDES NECESSAIRES AU RACCORDEMENT EN EP, EU ET AEP DU FUTUR CHU SUR L'ILE DE NANTES Dans le cadre du projet urbain de l'ile de Nantes, la Samoa assure la maîtrise d'ouvrage des espaces publics de la ZAC2 « sud-ouest », notamment l'aménagement du boulevard Simone Veil. Elle assure en outre la maîtrise d'ouvrage des réseaux nécessaires au raccordement du futur CHU, qui ouvrira ses portes sur l'ile de Nantes en 2027. Dans ce contexte, le présent marché a pour objet des travaux relatifs aux réseaux humides (EP/EU/AEP) liés à l'aménagement du futur boulevard Simone Veil et nécessaire au raccordement du futur CHU en eau usée, eau pluviale et eau potable.
