Il vise les prestations de conception graphique et suivi de production avec la forme suivante : multi-attributaires (2 titulaires) à bons de commande selon répartition. L'accord-cadre est qualifié de marché public de prestations intellectuelles régi par le cahier des clauses administratives générales applicables aux prestations intellectuelles (CCAG-PI 2021). Le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) a pour objet de définir le contenu de cet accord-cadre.
