La partie marché forfaitaire porte sur le volet A : transversal Île de Nantes : • Mission A1 - Surveillance de sites • Mission A2 - Assistance au médiateur Samoa La partie accord-cadre a bons de commande qui porte sur les volets B et C et la mission A3 : • Mission A3 - Mise à jour du règlement de chantier Volet B : opération immobilière • Mission B1 - Suivi tenue de chantier à faibles nuisances • Mission B2 - Suivi panneau de communication Volet C : espace public • Mission C1 - Tenue de chantier à faibles nuisances • Mission C2 - Communication travaux • Mission C3 - Relationnel riverain • Mission C4 - Fin de chantier.

- Quality — Valeur technique sur 70 points. La valeur technique est subdivisée en sous-critères, voir article 5 du règlement de consultation.
