Description
SMARTPLY Europe DAC is looking for suitably qualified companies to upgrade both the male and female bathrooms located at our site in Belview Slieverue Waterford X91 PX75. The bathrooms are adjacent to the canteen, just off the main entrance in the SmartPly building. The project is to enhance the outdated bathroom facilities and replace the poorly functioning existing services. Civil/Structural Scope of Works The main contractor is responsible for coordination of mechanical and electrical strip out including removal and correct means of disposal of all equipment and material from strip out works. The Main contractor to remove and strip out existing furniture, flooring and ceiling. Temporary access door to canteen from office block - with weather cover The main contractor is responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical services installation as part of project schedule.
