Description
The Housing Agency requires advice relating, but not limited, to ▪ Accounting treatment on revaluation and disposal of land purchased at nominal values. ▪ Impairment of 40+ year loans advanced to Approved Housing Bodies. ▪ Impact of an equity investment portion in certain housing schemes. ▪ Clarification on accounting policies and compliance with FRS 102. ▪ Other technical accountancy queries as they arise.
