The Housing Agency is looking for expertise and support from an external public relations/communications provider in the areas of -strategic communication, positionings, support with launch of a new statement of strategy, advice on developing a new communications strategy, effective crisis management, and provision of support for the CEO and other senior leaders preparing for public engagements.
