Description
The aim of the programme is to develop the competency level of staff at Grades 4 and 5. It will benefit the individual and the Housing Agency by: 1. Allowing staff to perform well in their roles and develop the skills and tools to compete for promotional opportunities. 2. Injecting participants with an enthusiasm and energy for their career within the Housing Agency. 3. Increasing engagement and personal effectiveness. 4. Developing strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Increasing innovation and delivery of results and creativity across the Housing Agency. 6. Driving accountability within the junior grades. The course content should include, at a minimum, a module on each of the following: 1. Development plans for participants – tenderer to advise on what approach they consider most appropriate. 2. Managing self. 3. Managing work. 4. Managing relationships. 5. Influencing and presentation skills. 6. Creative thinking and innovation in the workplace. 7. Dealing with pressure/avoiding stress.
Award criteria
- Quality — 1. Previous experience with public/semi-state bodies delivering a related or similar programme - at 20% (200 Marks)
- Quality — 2. Proposed methodology - at 25% (250 Marks)
- Quality — 3. Completeness, quality, and practicality of proposed content - at 10% (100 Marks)
- Quality — 4. Qualifications and proven experience of proposed trainers - at 15% (150 Marks)
- Cost — 5. Proposed costs - at 30% (300 Marks)
