Ekerö kommun avser att upphandla ramavtal med en strategisk samarbetspartner för organisations- och ledarutveckling. Bakgrund Ekerö kommun har ett tydligt utvecklingsfokus där kommundirektören har i uppdrag att utveckla och möta framtidens Ekerö. I kommunstyrelsens verksamhetsplan finns uppdrag till kommundirektören att säkerställa en ändamålsenlig organisation, ett koncernperspektiv och effektiva processer. För att uppnå dessa mål är det centralt att ha en robust ledarskapsstruktur och en kontinuerlig utveckling av organisationen. Under våren 2024 har ett nytt kommunledningskontor formats med ett kommunövergripande fokus på följande områden: Organisationsutveckling: Att säkerställa att kommunens organisation är effektiv, flexibel och anpassningsbar för framtida utmaningar.Styrning: Att etablera och underhålla effektiva styrningsmodeller som stödjer både strategiska och operativa mål.Strategisk utveckling: Att utveckla långsiktiga strategier som främjar hållbar tillväxt och utveckling inom kommunen.Stöd till verksamhet: Att erbjuda stöd och resurser till olika verksamhetsområden för att maximera deras effektivitet och resultat.
