Description
Utarbetande och genomförande av ett utvecklingsprogram för Stockholms stads förvaltnings- och bolagschefer. Syftet med utvecklingsinsatsen är att förvaltnings- och bolagschefer ska stärka sin förmåga att leda i en komplex och föränderlig verklighet. Insatsen ska bidra till utvecklingen av dem som enskilda ledare och som grupp för att bidra till framdrift och helhetssyn i staden. Målgruppen utgörs av stadens högsta tjänstepersoner med ansvar för att leda stora och komplexa verksamheter i en politiskt styrd organisation.
