La présente consultation concernent la tenue du ou des compte(s) bancaire(s) de Deux-Sèvres Habitat, la gestion des flux de trésorerie, de la trésorerie à court terme et l'encaissement des loyers en numéraire. Les prestations attendues sont les suivantes : - Gestion du ou des comptes ouverts (frais de tenue de compte, consultations de comptes, éditions de relevés, téléchargement d'écritures, moyens de paiements, cartes bancaires, etc…) ; - Gestion des encaissements et décaissements des tiers non locataires (fournisseurs, collectivités, Etat, etc…). Ces mouvements pourront être réalisés par le biais de virements, chèques, cartes bancaires, paiement internet, ou tout autre solution de paiement sécurisée correspondant aux besoins de l'Office ; - Gestion des encaissements et décaissements des loyers des tiers locataires, en numéraire, par virement, prélèvement automatique, TIP, TIP Chèque, carte bancaire, terminaux de paiement, sans que cette liste soit exhaustive ; - Gestion de la trésorerie à court terme de l'Office dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur pour les Offices Publics de l'Habitat, et notamment de l'article L 421-18 du code de la construction et de l'habitation.…
