Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la relance, suite à déclaration sans suite de la consultation initiale, d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande ayant pour objet la réalisation des missions de contrôle technique pour l'ensemble des projets de constructions neuves ainsi que d'extension, de réhabilitation et d'entretien des immeubles existants de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Le contrat prend la forme d'in accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec le maximum suivant : 700 000,00 Euros H.T sur la durée globale du contrat. L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois à compter de sa notification. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières.
