Ramavtalet avser att täcka beställarens behov av tjänster inom service av tvättstugeutrustning. Servicen omfattar löpande behov av reparationer i syfte att hålla utrustning och maskiner i brukbart skick så länge det är ekonomiskt hållbart. Utrustning som service ska utföras på är tvättmaskiner, torktumlare, torkskåp, mangel och annan utrustning som kan finnas i tvättstugor.
