Ramavtalet avser att täcka beställarens behov av tjänster inom ventilationsarbeten, det vill säga, felsökning, reparationer, underhåll, injustering av luftflöden, rensning av ventilationssystem, funktionskontroller, åtgärdsutredningar samt ombyggnationer av befintliga anläggningar i Kirunabostäders och Kiruna Näringsfastigheters fastigheter samt i Kiruna kommuns verksamhetslokaler.
