Ramavtalet avser att täcka beställarens behov av lås och låstjänster exklusive elektriskt påverkade låskomponenter. Med låstjänster avses till exempel montera nya lås/ låshus, beslag/ utrymninigsbeslag och dörrstängare, underhåll och reparation av gamla lås, tillverkning och kopiering av nycklar samt tillverkning av låscylindrar.
