Description
Kirunabostäder och Kiruna Näringsfastigheter äger och förvaltar totalt cirka 2 160 lägenheter, 28 000 m2 kommersiella lokaler samt förvaltar ca 190 000 m2 kommunala verksamhetslokaler såsom skolor, äldreboenden, badhus, sporthallar och liknande åt Kiruna kommun. Kiruna kommun hyr även en del externa lägenheter och lokaler, detta ramavtalet avser att täcka beställarnas behov av tjänster inom lokalvård. Förutom löpande lokalvård kan det förekomma storstädning, extra uppdrag vid särskilda evenemang, fönsterputsning och andra relaterade tjänster. Antagen leverantör är skyldig att tillgodose verklig efterfrågan enligt förfrågningsunderlagets angivna villkor. Beställaren avser att teckna avtal med tre ramavtalsentreprenörer, förutsatt att flera anbudsgivare är kvalificerade och kan antas som entreprenörer. Antagna ramavtalsentreprenörer kommer att tilldelas en kvot enligt följande: 1:an är berättigad till minst 50 %, 2:an är berättigad till max 30 % och 3:an max 20 % av ramavtalets totala omfattning.
