Description
Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) pyytää tarjoustanne sädehoitomaskeista ja sädehoidon tukityynyistä. OYSin Sädehoidon yksikkö palvelee potilaita koko Pohjois-Suomen alueella. Sopimuskauden pituus on kaksi (2) vuotta, sopimusaika on arviolta 1.2.2026. - 31.1.2028. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa kahdella yhden vuoden (1v+1v) optiokaudella. Tarjouspyyntö on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Sädehoitomaskit Osa-alue 2: Sädehoidon tukityynyt Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osa-aluetta. Osa-alueen sisäiset osatarjoukset on sallittu. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksen jättäessään kaikkiin tämän tarjouspyynnön eri osioissa esiteltyihin ehtoihin.
