Description
Hankinnan kohteena olivat elektroneuromyografiatutkimuspalvelut (jatkossa ENMG-tutkimus). ENMG-tutkimus on lääketieteellinen tutkimusmenetelmä, jonka avulla selvitetään ääreishermoston ja lihasten vaurioita sekä toimintahäiriöitä mittaamalla hermojen johtumista ja tutkimalla lihasten toimintaa neulaelektrodein. Tällaisia voivat olla esimerkiksi erilaiset ääreishermoston hermopinteet, polyneuropatia, hermojuuren vaurio tai toimintahäiriö. ENMG-tutkimuksen avulla saadaan tietoa vaurion/ongelman vaikeusasteesta ja sijainnista. Hankinnan kohteena olivat ENMG-tutkimukset: • Osa 1 ENMG-tutkimukset • Osa 2 ENMG-tutkimukset Kuusamossa Pohteen tiloissa Perustutkimus pitää sisällään lähetteen työdiagnoosin mukaisen sensorisen ja motorisen neurografian pintamittauksin sekä ENMG-neulatutkimuksen sekä tarvittaessa löydösten mukaisen tutkimuksen laajentamisen. ENMG-tutkimuksia tehdään kolmen tyyppisenä riippuen potilaan diagnostisesta tarpeesta: • ENMG-1 = Suppea ENMG, 1-4 lihaksen tai hermosegmentin tutkimus. Esimerkiksi hermovaurion reinnervaation seuranta aikaisemmin tehdyn tutkimuksen jälkeen. • ENMG-2 = Tavallinen ENMG, yhden raajan tai ongelman tutkimus. Tutkimus sisältää 5-12 lih…
