Description
Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS), jolla hankitaan tässä osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä kuvattuja tavaroita Pohteen ja sen YTA-alueen tarpeisiin. YTA-alueeseen kuuluvat Lapin hyvinvointialue (Lapha), Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Soite) ja Kainuun hyvinvointialue. Hankintayksikkö kilpailuttaa hankinnat erillisillä DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joihin voivat osallistua järjestelmään hyväksytyt toimittajat. Hankintayksikkö hyväksyy järjestelmään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. DPS hankintamenettelynä on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnön liitteessä "DPS hankintamenettelyn kuvaus". Hankinnan kohteena ovat suun terveydenhuollossa tarvittavat tarveaineet, tarvikkeet ja instrumentit. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä tullaan hankkimaan tuotteita seuraavista tuoteryhmistä tarkoituksenmukaisina kokonaisuuksina: Perushammashoidon tarvikkeet ja tarveaineet Esimerkiksi täyteaineet, matriisit, juurenhoitotarvikkeet, profylaksia, kertakäyttötuotteet, desinfiointi- ja puhdistusaineet, diagnostiikkatarvikkeet, syljenimulevyt, harjat…
