Description
Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) pyytää omasta ja siihen kuuluvan yhteistyöalueen yksiköiden puolesta tarjoustanne kanyylihuuhteista. Yhteistyöalueeseen kuuluvat Pohteen lisäksi Kainuun, Lapin ja Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueet. Kanyylihuuhteet ovat suolaliuoksella esitäytettyjä ruiskuja, jotka on tarkoitettu erityisesti suoniyhteyksien huuhteluun. Sopimuskauden pituus on kaksi (2) vuotta, sopimusaika on arviolta 1.2.2026. - 31.1.2028. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa kahdella yhden vuoden (1v+1v) optiokaudella. Tarjoukset annetaan tuotenimikekohtaisesti. Tarjouspyynnön sisäiset osatarjoukset on sallittu. Jokaiselle nimikkeelle valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja. Toimittajaksi valitaan nimikekohtaisesti kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen jättänyt toimittaja.
