Description
L’Université souhaite avoir à disposition une société certifiée, indépendante et spécialisée dans les audits financiers, pouvant être mobilisée à la demande pour la réalisation de certificats relatif aux états financiers (Certificate on the Financial Statements - CFS), exigés dans le cadre de programmes spécifiques européens. Chaque année, dans le cadre de projets financés par ces programmes, l’Université est tenue de présenter conjointement au rapport final, un certificat CFS lorsque les dépenses éligibles dépassent les seuils suivants : • 325 000 € HT pour les programmes H2020 ; • 430 000 € HT pour les programmes Horizon Europe. Le présent Appel d’Offres vise à conclure un marché de services, fixé à un (1) an, renouvelable trois (3) fois un (1) un an (1+1+1+1) sur l’avis de l’Université, afin de retenir un titulaire reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine de la réalisation de certificats relatif aux états financiers (Certificate on the Financial Statements - CFS). Le marché ne comprend que l’unique lot suivant : Audit – Elaboration de certificats relatifs aux états financiers (CFS) pour l’Université du Luxembourg.
