Par le présent Appel d’Offres, l’Université du Luxembourg vise à conclure un Accord-cadre, fixé à deux (2) ans, renouvelable deux (2) fois un (1) an (2 + 1 + 1) sur avis, afin de retenir un titulaire sans remise en compétition, reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine de la conduite et maintenance des installations techniques des campus de l'Université du Luxembourg.
