L’Université souhaite la mise en place d’un marché de services afin de retenir un organisme agréé unique en charge de la réalisation des contrôles réglementaires des installations et équipements techniques de l’Université du Luxembourg. Les bénéfices attendus par l’Université sont les suivants : - Identifier un interlocuteur unique, - Recourir à un organisme agréé unique, - Disposer d’un planning unique de contrôles périodiques sous un même format, - Avoir une meilleure vue d’ensemble sur les non-conformités des différents bâtiments. Par le présent Appel d’Offres, l’Université du Luxembourg vise à conclure un marché de services, fixé à un (1) an, renouvelable trois (3) fois un (1) an (1 + 1 + 1 + 1) sur avis, afin de retenir un titulaire reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine des contrôles périodiques réglementaires des installations et équipements techniques de l’Université du Luxembourg.
