Description
L’Université souhaite souscrire un contrat de leasing sans option d’achat pour neuf (9) véhicules de Car-sharing interne (petite berline) et un contrat de leasing sans option d’achat pour treize (13) vé-hicules utilitaires destinés à sa flotte de service. L’Université souhaite la reprise de la flotte des véhicules de service lui appartenant à savoir dix (10) véhicules et un (1) cyclomoteur par l’attributaire du présent appel d’offres. Le présent Appel d’Offres vise à conclure un Accord-cadre, fixé à un (1) an renouvelable trois (3) fois un (1) an, afin de retenir un titulaire sans remise en concurrence, reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine du leasing, du car sharing et du lettrage des véhicules.
